Hardware
Built to survive the life it’s tracking.
Aerospace-grade titanium. Wireless inductive charging. 5 ATM water resistance. The hardware had to earn its place on your finger before the data could.

Sensors
Three sensors that do the work of a clinic.
01
PPG
Photoplethysmography
An optical sensor on the inner band illuminates subcutaneous tissue and measures reflected light to extract heart rate, beat-to-beat interval timing, blood oxygen saturation, and every HRV derivative we compute. The source of the majority of our 49 biomarkers.
The primary workhorse.
02
IMU
3-Axis Accelerometer
A triaxial MEMS accelerometer captures motion in all planes: step count, cadence, and the movement context needed to filter PPG artefacts during exercise and classify activity across 18 types.
What the body is doing, precisely.
03
TEMP
Skin Temperature
A thermistor on the inner band measures absolute skin temperature at the base of the finger, tracked against a 7-day rolling personal baseline to detect illness signals, hormonal shifts, and how efficiently your body cools for sleep.
The signal beneath the signal.
What it tracks
49 biomarkers.
Every domain of your health.
Cardiovascular, sleep, recovery, training, longevity, women’s health, men’s health, and continuous screening signals. The picture that emerges is unlike anything else available outside of a clinical study.

Real-time
Continuously watching. Against your own baselines.
Circadian factors modelled as cosine functions from published cardiovascular literature. A breach means something even when it happens at 3 pm.
Heart Rate
> 20% above your circadian baseline
HRV (RMSSD)
> 20% below baseline, overnight window
SpO₂
Absolute < 94% or > 3% personal drop
Skin Temperature
> 0.35°C above circadian expected
Step Pace
> 65% behind active-day projection
The science
Peer-reviewed methods. Personal baselines.
RMSSD computed to ESC/NASPE 1996 standards. Sleep staged to AASM conventions. Biological age anchored to Nunan et al. (2010) and Esco & Flatt (2014). Circadian models fitted from published cardiovascular literature. Population norms appear in exactly one metric, biological age, and only as a reference point. Everything else is you, compared to you.
Honest about limits
Screening signals. Not diagnoses.
Sleep apnoea risk, AFib screening, PCOS signals, thyroid proxy, andropause and perimenopause patterns: these are all precisely what they say they are: patterns worth investigating with a clinician, not conclusions. We tell you clearly which outputs fall into this category. That clarity is part of the product.
Your data
On-device. Encrypted. Never shared.
Raw biometric waveforms are never stored. All computation runs on-device or in your personal encrypted data store. Your biometric data is not shared with third parties: not advertisers, not researchers, not insurers. The data exists to serve you.
